Starting September 2009, we will list the traditional name of the Full Moon for the next month and ask you to submit a new name for that month. We will accept submissions until the 12th of the month.
We will then pick the top 4 and have you vote for your favorite. The voting will begin on the 15th and close at the end of the month. That will insure that we will have a NEW name ready for the next month’s Full Moon! All 12 winning names will be printed next fall in the 2011 Farmers’ Almanac.
